Just some basics about your bro Kurt Astarita
Your Bro Kurt Astarita

Hey, bros Kurt here, and I’m thrilled to share some stimulating fact about me. So if you are curious about this dude, here my tune.

First off I’m not here to impress you, I’m here to impress upon you that I’m here to build a sick brand, “embraced in value.”

Something juicy to help you get more gains…

I’m here to help you understand your true potential and how to unlock it through fitness, nutrition and dedication.

I may flaunt my muscles, but I’m not Showing off, hahaah!

I’m proving a point. That hard work and dedication combined with some constancy - throw in a heaping handful of discipline, a pinch of blood sweat and tears — boom, its is the recipe for gains!

Kurt Astarita — Flexing on the bed

My body is a result of an unrelenting desire to be the strongest in the universe, like Goku.

I remember aspiring to be more like Goku, a fictional character in an Anime. But Goku represents more than that. It's his archetype that later on in my life I realized I wanted to be like.

Goku always fought for his friends and loved ones and protected them in times of peril. He fought to be the strongest so that he could protect them and the rest of the world.

We all have someone we are fighting for, never give up!

Rocky was another one of my childhood inspirations, for the simple fact that he never gave up, no matter what, and no matter how hard he got hit or how many times he got knocked down, he always got back up!

I decided to pursue my love and passion for becoming the strongest, and I want to see how far I can take you there with me.

What does It Take To Be The Strongest?

Physical Training

I'm talking intense physical training, such as calisthenics, powerlifting, gymnastics, bodybuilding, and military, are all game. There is even sports-specific training to strengthen skills.

If you are in this game for only health reasons, then sports-specific training isn't necessary.

Mental Conditioning

Combine your physical training with feats of intense mental discipline. When you have a craving, refuse it. When you are thirsty, hold out longer than normal. Train in the extreme cold. Train in extreme heat. Train when you don't want to. Then get an ice bath or cold shower!

Listen to Tony Robbins, Eric Thomas, and David Goggins' audios for inspiration and new ideas.

Spiritual awakening

Connect with your creator. I worship God, and Jesus is my lord and savior. However, many great spiritual teachers like Buddha were connected to the source and have received their teachings from the divine. Ask for help, pray, and meditate often.

But I’m not here to tell you what to believe; connect with your inner divinity if it helps.

Study Martial Arts

Join a Martial arts class and dedicate to a discipline, like jujitsu, wing chun, European boxing, Krav maga, kung fu, karate, self-defense classes of sorts, etc..

These teachings incorporate both physical and mental discipline.

Go Outside A Lot

Exercising though outdoor activities and receiving natural sunlight is vital for vitamin D production. And is the best way to boost testosterone in men for free. It also boosts your immune system and overall health.

You’ll never be the strongest version of yourself if you always stay indoors.

Eat Healthy

I don’t advocate veganism, so right off the bat, I eat meat. Prioritize protein (like pasture-raised cattle, bison, chicken, and eggs). Seafood, particularly high omega-3 fish and shellfish like salmon, sardines, crab, shrimp, oysters, and lobster.

Eat healthy carbs from rice, potatoes, fruits, and other veggies. Herbs & spices like turmeric, ginger, cilantro, parsley, etc. Eating mushrooms like chaga, cordyceps, Reishi, and lionsmane. They are always great for you. Incorporate them into your health as much as possible.

Get Enough Sleep

Rest is so important for recovery and healing. Our cells focus on recovery during sleep more so than when we are awake. When we’re awake, we're running our bodies all day, and the gut is focused on digestion. Digestion takes up so much energy that we don't have time to heal.

Sleep is the one time in the 24 hours in a day when we get to truly HEAL!

Summarizing it all…

I’ve been through many struggles in life and have often been my own Ginnie pig. I was even a strict Vegan for 2 years. I studied it through my experience and found out that it's not ideal for building strength.

I live for those I love and want to be the best I can be for them. You too can be so strong, but you may have to unlearn what you once thought was true, but isn’t the best way. Please leave a clap and follow me, thank you, bros!
